Found that there were charges of some kind of plan under "SB PLAN PLUS". Turns out this a direct marketing company for JC Penneys called Stonebridge Benefits Services inc. I am not sure exactly how they were able to get my credit card information from my mastercard, not the JC Penney credit card, and make a purchase for a plan for 29.90 a month, that I did not authorize nor want or use!!! I have read several complaints about this on the internet and it sounds like this is a major problem. I think the Attorney General of Texas needs to be aware of this and the Federal Trade Commission to keep these people from hurting anymore people.
