I ordered kitchen and appliances from Stone City Chicago, IL more then 4 month ago. Kitchen design was done by their designer who send person to our home to measure walls, Once kitchen cabinets arrived it was wrong size, we had to hire another installer who moved wall to fit cabinets and refrigerator. While kitchen arrived we find out that store forgot to order our appliances. Two month later when appliances arrive it turned out that kitchen cabinets didn't fit microwave and stove and microwave trim was wrong size. Month later when microwave trim was reordered it was installed incorrectly and now kitchen panel have to be reinstalled. After 4 month of calling and complaining nobody returns my calls and kitchen is not finished yet. Everybody points fingers at each other. Terrible service, unprofessional people.
