I have a known sulfite allergy--anaphalactic reaction. With this market's claim to organic, fresh, etc. I purchased a flatbread sandwich which contained roast beef, greens, tomatoes, onions, and dressing in their pizza crust bread. I took it home and ate it with a glass of water. Within hours I began an anaphalactic reaction. I was able to ease it, fortunately and did not have to go to the hospital. With this strong reaction to one sandwich, they must have used a great deal of sulfites!
