I attempted to use this service for the first time a week ago and I can honestly say the two girls running the service are the most unprofessional and incompetent that I have ever met. I emailed my shopping list to them not once but twice because it had been lost and then when they showed up with the groceries 3 HOURS LATER, the girl forgot half of what was on the list. They charged my credit card twice. This was just the worst experience I have ever had with any kind of delivery service of this kind. I will never use them again and I am actually going to cancel my cc just to ensure it is never "accidentally" run again. I would never recommend the service to anyone, in fact I warn you to stay away, nothing but a headache and time wasted.
