Hello, I recently ordered a dvd from Store4.com on 1st June 2008. The company took the payment of £14.95 GBP from my bank account on 3rd June 2008. It is now 7th July 2008 and I still haven't received my dvd. I have tried to contact the company but they do not have a telephone number! I have also sent the company about 5 emails to 3 different departments within their company and they have FAILED to respond to any of them! I hhave also sent them a fax with my query but still no response. I would like my money refunded immediately as this has been over a month now! Please help me.
