I've paid big bucks to stores on line and have been disappointed right from the start with their failure to provide services offered. I discovered too late (to cancel $6, 000 contract)that they don't pro form.I feel like an idiot everything went so fast that I didn't research their credibility, I had no experience @ web design and the high pressure sales pitch was impressive.

I'd be interested in joining a class action and from what I've learned from my state attorney general @ least we'd get some money back.
