I sent a wire transfer on December 6th of 2006 to Storesbargain.com for the purchase of a TomTom Go 910 Portable GPS Vehicle Navigator for $347.00 plus a bank charge of $30. In the first e-mail I sent them I inform them that I sent the wire transfer and e-mailed them a copy of the paperwork. They told me that once they received the wired Transfer they will be sending me the product. I check with my bank a couple of days later, who told me that the bank in Spain had already received the funds. I then e-mailed Storesbargain on the 11th to ask them when they will be sending me the product, since I wanted to know if would be getting it to me by Christmas (it was a gift). They told me that it will be getting to me within the next 2 to 5 days. It is now two days away from the new year and I have not heard from them. I tried contacting them to get a tracking number and nothing. They have stopped answering me and when I call they never pick up the phone. I tried sending various e-mails and they don't answer. I have now contacted my bank to start an investigation and see if I can get my money back. My bank is now following up on this and hopefully I can get some answers. I will keep you posted on the progress. So, please don't do business with this company. I have come across other individuals on the internet who are having the same problem with this company.
