I ordered the storm shutters in april and gave them a deposit of 15000.00 . They were supposed to install them in september, the owner came out in sept and told me they needed to upgrade the material and it would be another deposit of 4000.00 they came out in october and started to install but left after four hours, now i have half of the shutters laying around my property. Every time i call to see when they are comming back they have another excuse i have been waiting for three weeks for them to complete the job.
