I purchased a phone from walmart for Straight Talk, Inc. When I purchased minutes online and wanted to transfer my phone number I had problems. They odviously don't know what they are doing becasue litterally when I was on the phone they asked me to pull out my battery and then turn off the phone. Something wrong with that picture...Helloe duhhh. Not only that they have refused to give me a refund on mins purchased when my the phone was causing me problems and I was on the phone with them for an hour trying to fix it. I gave up when they told me it would be 2 weeks be fore i could recieve a new SIM card becasue they beleived it was a problem a new phone. honestly if you are considering getting the Staight talk service and want to transfer a number don't! They have had a lot of problems with this i have read after my problems.
