My family and I had gone to KFC for dinner on June 7. When we got there, we waited in line for a few minutes before we received any service. The employees just stood around doing nothing, but made us wait anyways. When we ordered our food, we were told that it would be 7 minutes before they have any chicken cooked (but there were a bunch of chicken sitting in the bins already). When we finally got our food, I had bit into a piece of popcorn chicken that was on my children's kids meal and the chicken was NOT cooked at all!!! It was completely RAW!! When I took back to the counter and handed it back to the manager, I didn't even get an apology or discount. I was just glad that it was me that tried the chicken first and not my kids because they would probably not be able to really tell the difference. It's been years since I've gone to KFC... now I remember why. I know that we won't be going back!!
