Duane Hedgepeth representing Strickly Business 1, Inc arrived at my door on 9/2/2010 selling magazine subscriptions. A self proclaimed ex-convict he claimed he was trying to go legitimate to make money by selling magazines. I fell for it, saying I was glad he was taking a good path, and said I would buy magazines from him. I called the number on the receipt to given them my credit card information over the phone. They charged my card and said I should expect the magazines to arrive in less than 120 days. The magazines did not arrive. All calls to the 1-800 number were not returned and my request to have my funds returned by leaving the necessary information on their answering machine were unanswered. I have the receipts and Duane's signature. I am very disappointed with this. I would like this issue resolved to my satisfaction.
