Strickly Business Reviews

E Dupuis May 24, 2011
Took $200 for magazine subscriptions and didn't deliver
Strickly Business presents itself as a charitable organization helping disadvantaged young people. They send young people around door to door selling magazie subscriiptions that are very overpriced. However, they present themselves to be disadvantaged and being helped by the organization. My wife and I felt compelled to help the young lady out who came to our door back in January 2011. We purchased $200 worth of magazine subscriptions (just 3 subscriptions!!) from her. Of course, we would never spend that kind of money on magazines but we thought we were helping with a worthy cause. Apparently, it is all a scam. I have called numerous times and occassionally have gotten someone on the phone (when I leave a message, no one ever calls back). When I have spoken to someone, they always say they will look into why I haven't gotten my magazines yet and promise to call me back by the end of the day but they never, ever call back. This company is a big scam and should be shut down.
