For the price, the house is fine. The fridge, microwave, showers, and beds were clean. The rest of the house needs some minor repairs. Not as nice as the photos, but adequate.

However, I don't trust the property managers. They claimed to have returned my deposit check on time, but it never got to us. Their "second" check did arrive one month after our stay, only after some prodding.

I also don't know what the standard practice is, but I did not receive a reminder to send in the deposit one week before our arrival; I happened to realize this a bit too late - they threatened to cancel our reservation unless I sent the deposit overnight delivery.

Other notes: Very annoying barking dog in neighbor's yard next door (at night!). Many outlets don't work. Would be nice if sufficient paper products (TP, paper towels) were provided. Unsure whether the door code is changed between visitors or if anyone can get back in while someone else is staying there.
