Do you think Toyota Cares "children" ?

Absolutely NO!!!

We had a Toyota RAV4 car, used with our family.

Last day, the car exploded and its motor block was broken. We always used Toyota Authorised Dealer (called as NATAS, Istanbul), but the car exploded. We called service and they said "its a miracle ! your car is now 125, 000 Km and driving such kilometers is a miracle". of course they dont accept to cover this and they also cant explain why the motor exploded. We were 2 kids in the car and by chance we could able to stop the car, we might be die….

We applied court and the court experts found the Toyota Authorised Service %100 guilty. But still Toyota doesnt reply our emails, fax and phone calls. They still says" its miracle to drive 125, 000Km"

I dont believe Toyota Quality from now on. I never believe also they care customer satisfaction and also they care children. They just know to sell their cars and its finished.
