upon ordering item price for item was unclear-I called phone# listed-no answer. I had emailed and asked if $49.99 was for ONE tube of hair gel or seven tubes, AND stated if it was for ONE tube and not SEVEN tubes please cancel order. They emailed me back saying they would look into it. They never got back to me. I had chance to speak with a rude phone person-who kept referring me to website. Of course delay was just enough time for package, with over-priced shipping, to arrive-with only ONE tube inside. I have been emailing daily with no response. I will have to take this matter to credit card co. as well as better business bureau. I am a licensed hairdresser. I read return policy and according to Stuff4beauty they really don't want any returns- EVEN if product has never been opened .
