$12.99 charge appeared on my AMEX credit card bill. I had no recollection of any transactions made online or via telemarketing in the past months. My Internet research showed only this page of complaints about other fraudulent charges of $12.99.
AMEX was quick to reverse the charge and block this business from future charges on my account.
