We order shoes from Style for Us. It took the company a month to ship the shoes. The website stated the shoes had been shipped a week after the order had been placed however DHL had no record of the order. We order shoes before from the company but the purchase was paid through Google Checkout and was received in two days. With this order I was skeptical about ordering the shoes when I discovered they were no longer using Google Checkout. I was assured by Amy at the company that the site was safe and if there was a problem we would receive a refund.

The only contact with the company was through email with this representative. She was very evasive and argumentative about the number of customers they served and it they have 5 to 10 business days to deliver the order. Well it took a month. We canceled the credit card the order was placed with because we did not know what type of scam was going on. We only received the order after I emailed her and told her I had filed a complaint against the company with the authorities.

The only offer for the inconvenience was for a discount on future orders. We will never order from this company again!
