my tagged account has been cancelled please help

please can you let me know why my account was cancelled. I received no warning and am very upset as I have made many good friends on there. It stated that a photo violated the rule if that was the case I would have happily deleted it but not sure how it violated it when some users have explicit porn on there sites and there accounts are working. Please can you get back to me as I am very distressed . Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I will cooperate fully .
