Perhaps in 2011 these reviews were true. I have only been shopping with them for two years. I have had nothing but the best experiences with Stylebop. I have worked one poor customer service agent there to death taking measurements for me for things that I was unsure about and unlike other sites like Mytheresa and Net-a-porter, their returns and exchange shipping are really FREE. You can't go wrong with them. I had one small problem with FedEx and "Liz" took care of the shipping charges for me. It wasn't even their fault. I have nothing but great things to say about them.
