It has been almost 2 years and I still am dealing with this issue today. When you chat with them online the answers seem so generic. They would tell me that item has been shipped and when asked for a tracking number it will be emailed in 24-48 business hours. Never got a tracking number. Asked for a refund and they said you can't refund when it is in transit. Again, asked when it was shipped and they say it hasn't been but will be the next day. I chatted with them for a week and saved the manuscripts. The 1-800 sends you to a voicemail. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE...FULL PRICE IS WORTH IT IF YOU ARE GUARANTEED THE ITEM!
