Sub Zero has gives exclusive contracts for warranty repair. Our Sub Zero refrigerator required service, parts were covered under warranty, but labor was not covered. We were charged $698 labor for two hours and six minutes labor. This works out to $335 per hour. I have since found out it may have been less expensive to pay for parts and have a competative repair service do the work.
