Dear sir,

This is very regret to inform you that I Mr. Manmohan had purchased Sony Ericcsson handset on 24june2008 and same was dead on 9th july2008. I complaint about this to your subhiksha center from where i had purchased the set . I had talked about the service of my set but nobody was ready to talk properly and also they denied to repair the set properly . Than talked with Mr. Sanjay Dubey AREA MANAGER of MORADABAD U.P he bluntly refused to repair set and directed his subhiksha staff not to attend any complaints by this customer. Ultimately he got ready to repair set and went to sony ericcson customer care center and told me to collect the set after 15 days than after this period i went there and i go the cust. care to collect my set but when i saw my set its screen was cracked for which your cust. care person was responsible but he totally denied and i refuse to accept the set in such condition only bcoz i my set was having hardware problem it was not cracked from any where . now you tell is this the kind of service you provide to yuor cust. if within 10 days i didn't receive a fresh piece of sony ericcson set K530I model than i'll complaint about this matter to consumer forum
now its upto you being a head of subhikhsha kindly do something to save your companies respect and honour.
