I and my friend to Subhiksha Mobile world which is in Kodambakkam. We got a new Nokia Mobile N81(15k) on Saturday. Then when we reached back home, we found that navigation of the mobile was not working. Since I went to Hyderabad, I took the mobile just after 2 days to show them about the problem. They said its just a small problem and told us they will repair it, behaved so arrogantly. As its a new one, we asked them to replace, they said "They don't have stock". Then we said repair it. Later after 3 days, they told us its complete Hardware problem and they will replace the mobile with in 5 days.

Till now, they didn't replace and behaving so arrogantly, not providing any proper reply, telling Nokia itself doesn't have stock. Also not giving our money back. Does anyone help me what step I should take to launch complaint on them?
