Hi Please beware of Mr. Alan Hou of 51mugs from Guangzhou china. He promises to supply good quality sublimation blanks and then sells all his bad material to you. He operates 3-4 different companies. 1. He supplied sublimation stone which was uneven. 2. S/S mug which he emailed and confirmed the material was with a white patch, he sent the wrong product and kept telling me to keep in my inventory. 3. Business card holder he sent was not the one as per the sample provided and it cannot be sublimation printed either. 4. Sipper bottles provided with out 2 caps as shown. some material was with 2 caps and some with one cap. He si not a reliable source as he is looking at short term business and trying to buy cheap bad material from other factories and then sell. He is somehow also connect with Photo Usa, what is the connection i cannot understand. Because a good company like photo usa(meikada) why would it want to associate with him and spoil their name. When i called him today he is not willing to refund the money or replace the goods. He is also disconnecting my calls and not taking my calls anymore.
