I have been ordering from the Sub house for quite sometime, but won't be going back to the one on Wilmington Pike. I ordered a 16" cheesesteak plain with cheese for my kids one night. The cheesesteak was fully loaded. I called to let the store know and the rude person basically told me too bad because the ticket didn't say plain. Well I know I was clear and reiterated that is was to only have cheese nothing else. So I call back because I'm boiling at this point and I talk to the driver and he knows I'm a good customer and I tip him well too. I told him I'd call the mgr the next day, but never did. So I will not be going back nor will my friends and I'll continue to promote the Sub House on Brown owned by Greg Sabo. Thanks!
