I do not have a complaint but I do work for a bank in the disputes/fraud department and the charges you receive are not considered to be fraudulent because you have authorized the merchant to debit the account. When shopping on line always look for the terms and conditions of the agreement BEFORE providing your credit/debit card information. The bank follows Reg E and this type of transaction is not considered fraudulent. Before contacting your bank 1. call the merchant... tell them you want the subscription cancelled, 2. you want them to provide you with a cancellation number and 3. you want your money refunded. The cancellation number protects you in the event they debit your account in the future. The bank will be able to dispute the charge for you with PROOF of cancellation.
