This company is not focused on customer service at all. The service rep had no personality, and had to come back to service our air conditioner three times before we had any cool air. Poor service plus no sense of urgencey to follow up will equal another small company going out of business.

Don't use Sub Zero air conditioning service if you want it done right the first time and any proper customer service.
