When I lost my job, I was pointed to an unemployment service that was supposed to help me find jobs and access to monies as I have 2 young children to look after. Nowhere did I see that I was on some kind of trial period and then I would be charged $79.17 per month after this supposed trial period was over. When I called the number that was on my bank statement, I spoke to a person named Eric who told me that there wasn't a person in the "call center" who could reverse charges for me so I asked him what kind of call center this was. He said it was a cancellation call center. Okay people, if they are automatically putting a cancellation call center number on your bank statement, then they are fully aware that they are ripping you off and have no integrity or intention of paying you back the money that they stole from you. It would be wonderful if someone could shut them down. This is not okay.
