My girlfriend and I made a somewhat large purchase with this company, and after receiving the products (which took longer than stated), they smelled plastic'y, and chemically. We contacted the owner, Elizabeth Aldinger, and finally got a response after around 3 weeks and a few emails. She was very nice and offered to replace the items. We agreed. Nothing ever came. We wrote again after a month, and still nothing. Finally, after over 2.5 months, we gave up. It was a large order as well and too late to get our money back via paypal, so we totally lost out.
Buyers beware. We still were never given a refund or a final response. Very frustrating, and its like our money was just stolen by this woman.
