Purchased a Santro XL from Suhrit Hundai , Mayapuri Dealer with registeration No. DL3C AP 7383 in June ,07 and till now (ie 7 months after the purchase ) have not received the RC (Registeration Certificate ) / Smart Card for the car inspite of repeated follow -ups with the dealer on phone /personal visits (approx. 50 follow-ups )

During the first 4 Months the plea given by the dealer was that there is some problem at the authority level and all registerations certificates are being received late .

But after this i got to know that the dealer has received Registeration Certificates for even for the nos. which are far beyond 73 series.

After further enquiry it is further known that the dealer has not submitted FORM 22 with the authority to get the smart card , which the dealer (Suhrit ) has to receive from the some Other Dealer /Hundai Plant.

What is most dis -hearting is that nobody from Suhrit's end responds in a assured manner and attitude is to linger the issue on.

Clearly a case of pathetic after sales service levels of the Dealer of Hundai.
