My concern is that your chicken is my favorite but having your own home town church's serve cold, dried and old looking pieces of chicken is sad. We always request fresh because of the low quality of the chicken on the racks but hey always refuse becase they have some made already. Well, They have a tendancey to cook to much chicken at one time. I remember working for Gilbert's Friend Chicken during the 70's and we would not over cook chicken in order to keep rotating fresh chicken. The attitudes from some of the girls is sick. Please bring this to the attention of the Raymondville Texas Churhes so we don't have to go to Harlingen, Texas for real Churches Chicken. The Churches on south 77 sunshine strip to be exact
