I brought two axle shafts to Sullivan tire to press new bearings on. They cut into one shaft, pressed the abs pick up gear in so far it could not read, and did not install the bearing retaining clip.

The second axle they heated the abs gear pressed it on to far, stripped the abs gear, and did not install the bearing retaining clip.

For those who don't know heating a axle shaft takes away the heat treatment that makes them strong, cutting into the shaft causes a stress riser with could later beak. The bearing retaining clip holds the axle from sliding out.

In short they destroyed both axles and if I didn't check it could have cost my mom her life!!!
