I had put a deposit of a hundred dollars down on a $200.00 vacation package that was to include a car rental for a week. When it came time for my vacation they took another $35.00 from me then neglected to give me the car rental information and when I inquired about it I got no response about it my vacation plans were ruined and they made no offer to return a single penny.
