We spent the weekend at sun city cabannas, we where booked in to see the Cliff Richards show . My cell phone was on charge in the room and was stolen out of the room whilst we where away. We reported it and waited for the door lock printout ( which was only done because we insisted on an answer) Well only to be told that no one had entered the room( what more did we exspect) and that was that. I will never stay at sun city because instead of feeling like the victum, we felt like the criminals... No body really gave a dawn about what had happened... ITS SHOCKING ...I will ensure that friends and family are made aware that you are not even safe in a exclusive hotel like sun international. We where not looking for compensation, all we wanted was for the manager to take action, but then of course how could he if no one entered the room ? We spent about 3 hours waiting only to be told that NO ONE HAD ENTERED THE ROOM...Well the cell phone was in the room and gone when we returned ...any intelligent person can put two and two together... ITS A DISGRACE THAT NOT EVEN ON HOLIDAY ARE YOU OR YOUR BELONGINGS SAFE ...
