Purchased an ATV battery from Sunn Battrey via EBAY (as Motobatteries.com) 5 months later the battery wont accept a charge and numerous attempts to email them got no results. I phones them 2 times with no answer. Finally a rep called to say they would get the batteries in stock in 2 weeks. Two weeks later no stock with a promise "next" week. I asked for a refund and was refunded my money less shipping and 10% service fee?? I understand the shipping fee but not the service fee.

Avoid Sunn / Mottobattery unless you want a useless product.
