We ordered and received 2 Tank Sporty motor scooters from Sunny Sports, Inc. The provided the titles about 2 weeks later. When we went to register and license them, we were told that we couldn't because the title did not have the mandated emissions declaration that they meet EPA standards. I have tried numerous times to call them, get put on hold and then disconnected. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
