Sunrise Dental misrepresented the coverage for routine dental services of deep cleaning and tooth extraction. Thi Nyguen DDS and office person Rose informed me that my insurance only covered 80% They intionally misrepresented my policy even though I told them I had the paper work at home that depicted my coverage for these services at 100%.They went ahead and charged my credit card $127.50. Rose told me if I faxed the paperwrok they would reimburse ny credit card. I sent the insurance summary of benefits from Premera several times and mailed it to them to no reponse. Eventually Rose called and said they would reimburse me. And I hadn't seen a dime as todate. Again Rose was contacted and said we had to wait.
