They have a bad costumer service and this is the 3rd time that we called them, we bougth a brand new house in las vegas and this is the 3rd time that the air conditioning is broken and they say you have to pay for how is that possible always we have to pay $300 dll for a "new air conditioner" no way my house is a oven and we only use it on the spring time.
