Any person out there wanting to do business with any company owned by Kurt should be cautious. Especially if you utilize him for any heating/cooling type work. His work is shoddy & he will not live up to his written contract.

I Lost over 25K to this guy, sued him, he offered a settlement. Settlement was to be in the form of 3 payments beginning in Sep of 2010 through Nov 2010.

I'm now in the process of taking him back to court as he wasn't even man enough to live up to his own settlement agreement.

Stay away from this guy, especially in dealing with GEOTHERMAL installations. He claims to be an expert. He's an expert in deception and ripping you off at a huge profit on any work he does. He's had numerous companies, dba's & LLC's. When in trouble, he closes them & opens others to continue his unscrupulous work. The Attorney General needs to go after this guy for fraud & put him in jail. He now owns Master Builders, dba sunroomsbykurt.com in Michigan.
