I purchased a 21 Inch Sansui Color TV from an authorized dealer mumbai .currently i am in pune . The TV started developing problems after 8 months of purchase, No sound and no picture., I informed "Smart Service, Customer care Centre, pune .about the problem I faced with the TV. It is almost a month and I do not hear anything from the service centre. Repeated telephone calls were made. The reply was they are still working on the anoher TV, employee are in leave, haivy rain, etc. I feel I made a great mistake by purchasing the Sansui TV.
