BEWARE SUNTRUP! DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! My family member bought a car from them a month ago (Suntrup Pre-Owned), spent $15k on the vehicle and FINALLY got the paperwork from them TODAY so that they could get plates. Went to the DMV and the emissions test expired in January. When they called the dealership, they were hung up on! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!

This is the worst customer service I've ever seen! It's absolutely unreal. Their finance manager, Mike, was rude and condescending as soon as the deal was complete. I have never seen anything like this - it's reprehensible.
