I spoke with Emmett on 04/13/2008 to CANCEL the auto debit on my credit card (MNI* I Creditrpt Services) and was told it would be canceled. I received my credit card statement yesterday (05/12/2008) and I was CHARGED again!!! I called two numbers I had and only got recordings and no HELP.
My cancellation number is #04310853013, given to be by Emmett when I spoke with him on 04/13/2008.
LOOK INTO THIS please and have the membership canceled. I also expect to see a CREDIT of 11.95 on my June statement.
This is very bad business and I see where others have had this same complaint.
I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
