I placed an order on 24/12/2010 at super acai.co.uk and paid £2.49 for the shipping and recieved one bottle of super acai slimming pills and one bottle of pure hoodia colon cleanse which was a free trail which I receieved within a couple of days.

It stated on their website that in order for them not to take any more money out every month for another 30 day supply of tablets, you must cancel before 14 days.

I cancelled by E-MAIL on 5/1/2011 which was exactly 12 days after ordering and they still took out £ 75.00 two days later. I tried contacting them on the phone number that they gave out but all you get is a message telling you to call back later.

Not only that the flipping tablets dont even work.

On the 4th Jan 2011 a pop up apeared on my screen offering a free trial for super Acai and Pure Hoodia. I only had to pay £2.49 postage. I waited over three weeks to receive the products. A few days later I was checking my bank account and discovered that the company named on my bank account as Csu8.com had taken £8.79 and £79.95 out of my account on 17th Jan and another company acai.com had taken a further £75 on 4th February 2011. I notified my bank they stopped the card and said they would investigate. I called the company they were extremely rude and hung up. I called straight back the second person told me I should have cancelled and returned the product within two weeks of ordering. I asked how could I possibly do that when I didn`t receive the product until after the two weeks. She told me to return it and she would refund me the money. I notified the bank and thought that was that. I did get a refund for the first amount of £75 but after more emails and phone calls they refuse to refund the rest. They said it states on the advert that you have to notfy them if you don`t recieve the product within 3 days and you have to return and cancel the subscription within two weeks. I did not see this written anywhere, and surprise surprise I can`t find the advert now to check. It is all lies this company just lies and cheats unsuspecting people out of money. It is just a big scam. I have notified the police. They need more people to contact them from all ares of the country in order to stop this company.
