Purchased in-game currency relevant to World Of Warcraft, known as gold. Amount purchased was 700 gold for $12.95 on a credit card. I waited 4 days for delivery, via internet, and was disappointed with the wait time. I addressed the company about the situation and they stated they had high volume and appreciated my patience. Waited a few more days and still no delivery of product that was purchased. I decided to go online and check other customer experiences and it seems I am far from alone. I have found several statements from other users that have been ripped off. Services not rendered, deleted characters, etc. This is just bad business, which should have been obvious in hindsight.
