I called them to come out to open the door to my son's car, as he had left the keys in the ignition. They and everyone else I called quoted a price of approximately $80. They were late coming out, but did the job and when they charged my credit card, the amount was $239. They then agreed to fax me a receipt. It has been 5 days and they keep giving me lame excuses why they are late providing a receipt. I am not happy about the price, but my insurance will reimburse most of it if I have a receipt. When I call, I keep getting the same person (who speaks with an Israeli accept) who says that he is waiting for someone to accommodate me. However, all I want is a fair price and a receipt. Is that too much to ask?
