1. An order was placed online at www.lexorhealth.
2. Received email order confirmation from [email protected]
3. Charged placed on credit card on same date that order was placed at www.lexorhealth.com

Complaint... is that order was not fulfilled. Even after requesting order status via email (and voice mail messages) no return response either via email or phone was received back from Lexor Health.
