My Visa has been charged 17.50 3 times. Once in november -07 an two times in desember -07. I have never used any of your services. This charge has to stop imidiatly and I want my money back to my account now!
If this happens again, and my money is not back in my account in 14 days, I will go to the police with this complaint!

being charged €11.50 per month for nothing, if it is to do with bearshare pro, it stated that it was a once off payment of €11.50!!!
