I paid for Super Shuttle service prior on my charge card with travelocity to be taken to the hotel & returned to the airport. The driver was terrible and then took us to the wrong hotel, dropped us off & left, then I had to pay a taxi to take us to the correct hotel. On the day we left to go to the airport, I had to call Super Shuttle 3times and it was getting later & later, & then we had to take a cab to the airport again, also money out of my pocket, due to the poor poor service of Super Shuttle. I do hope for a refund since I paid for the service prior to my leaving on the trip.

Just a hint, do not use super shuttle @ washington airport. It is just a ripoff!!!
