Dear Sir,
I have booked a flat in Supertech CZAR suites in greater noida. Flat no was 1401. SuperArea promised 870. They said carpet area would be around 75% of Super area (25% Loading). They had mentioned their dimentions in mm which a common man hardly able to calculate carpet area into Square feet. But when I got actual map the Carpet Area was only 570sft. Highly below Industry Standards.
This is a clear Cheating by SuperTech.
