I signed up for Support Space in November, and their site said that anyone could become an expert. I have a little bit of experience in computers and from what I read, there were a lot of positive customer feedback and reviews. However, when I signed up and started working, they were paying us way below minimum wage for all the work and effort that went into it. Also, their screening process is a joke. Anyone with access to Google can get a job here. When I submitted an e-mail to their Help Desk, they didn't response. Also, they keep saying they have a high return rate for customer support. I don't see any of this, and have not had any luck getting many customers, if at all. If you're looking for a full time job or for some extra cash, you can fare better at McDonalds than this place.
